- Pursue sales leads, promotes products, conclude orders and arranges internal sales logistics.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Sales Engineers in Malaysia to achieve growth and profitability, effectively utilizes placement, motivation, training and development skills for the sales team.
- Monitor and keep abreast of ground market information of the business, market and competitive activities.
- Ensure delivery and up-to-date information of the market and its competitive activities to company’s business division and management.
- Ensure timely reporting of business activities and performance levels.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of proven presales or sales success at industrial/Engineering products selling.
- Experience in hydraulic products is preferred.
- Experience in supporting distributors and managing a sales team.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Own car and willing to travel.
