JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Build outlet strategy and volume targets in line with outlet segmentation for assigned channels.
Oversee the wholesaler selection, relationship and evaluation in the assigned channels.
Develop sales projection and target metrics (volume, CM, A&P, depletion, distribution etc.), set balanced initial volume target in a bottom-up way in terms of volumes and net sales.
Allocate outlet and wholesaler targets to the sales team in line with customer segmentation and KPIs.
Lead and monitor regional sales execution and promotion, including sales progress, inventory, depletion, customer relations.
Provide guidelines and directions to the sales team to achieve targets.
Evaluate sales team’s performances in line with KPIs.
Develop strong relationship with key wholesalers and outlets in the assigned channels.
Provide appropriate market information to Sales Director for company strategy build-up.
Communicate company strategies and regional market development plan to the sales team.
Conduct close interactions and cooperation with Marketing department at regional level.
Work with marketing on brand promotion events and activities to improve brand image and consideration in assigned outlets to create leading influence in the market.
Oversee the the daily operation of the E-commerce platforms and marketplace such as Shopee, Lazada etc.
Administering and supervising E commence Executive in analyzing sales trends, conduct analysis on sell through data, prepare reports and monitor sales performance.
To work closely with Marketing team and Sales Manager to implement online sales and marketing strategies to generate online traffic and increase sales.
Liaise with e-commerce partners to understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive customer acquisition and customer value.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years relevant sales experience in leading multinational companies.
Experiences in managing E commerce platform is an added advantage.
Experience in the alcohol or luxury industry is an advantage.
Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
Result oriented and strong ability to adapt to change.
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
