JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identifying opportunities and key focus areas with strategic intent for Trade team via analytics as inputs into activation development.
  • Driving integrated insights to deliver handles on performances and improve overall insights content of ECP (Effective Commercial Planning) cycle meetings.
  • Drive effectiveness of portfolio deployment (with optimization of distribution) and Trade programs inclusive of proper investment planning.
  • Analyzing of Total Duty Paid performance with proper funneling to highlight potentials or opportunities and key issues for immediate rectification including making appropriate recommendations to management team.
  • Analyzing and reporting of Nielsen monthly data to deliver insights of the Modern Off-Trade Channel in order to facilitate for deeper understanding of the channel.
  • Presentation of findings and analytics in an articulated manner.
  • Identifying key factors affecting demand trends (industry wide and company) alongside demand patterns (i.e. seasonality, key launches, promotions, pre price increase, etc.) in order to put forth forecast that seeks to continuously improve on
    accuracy.
  • Working closely and cohesively with the Sales Team (i.e. Sales Managers) to identify the right level of forecasts for respective wholesalers, taking into consideration trends and/or promotions unique to any one wholesaler.
  • Engagement with relevant stakeholders to discuss and identify opportunities (i.e. promotions) to facilitate the depletion of slow-moving SKUs or delisted SKUs in anticipation of upcoming product launches.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess excellent analytical thinking with problem solving mindset on top of strong
    mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in project management and sound planning capabilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Vlookup / Pivot Table mandatory, other advanced functions is a plus)
  • Willing to participate in Market Visits for better understanding of the Market & Industry.
