JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to all enquiries from Sales Managers and APAC Sales team
In cooperative with Sales Managers and Technical department to define the process design and equipment scope for the quotations
Prepare mass balance, sales costing, sales quotation, sales contract, translation of sales contract to English/Chinese language and coordinating on sales layout & P&ID preparation
Assist Sales Managers on submission of tender documents and quotations
Assist on sales events and exhibition in the APAC region
Coordinating Sales meetings & minutes and attend Sales meeting
Support on sales layout if necessary (minor revision)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least Diploma, preferably on Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Min 3-4 years working experience in sales support role with Engineering Company
Possess basic CAD/Inventor knowledge
Good communication and a team player
