- Provide assistance relating to Sales & Purchase, such as issuance of Purchase Orders, Sales Contracts, Delivery Orders, Invoices, etc:
- Inventory management and stock management
- Manage shipping documentation and transaction.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Handle Debit/Credit Issuance of documentations.
- Handle Marine Insurance
- Support other administrative duties as required by the management
- Proficient in English and Mandarin as written and spoken language.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- Candidate must have good personality, willing to learn and drive for excellence.
- Well-organised and systematic with strong administrative skills.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (experiences in trading/manufacturing is an added advantage)
