PURCHASING EXECUTIVE [CC3323-02]

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare pre-production and technical planning for all jobs and production sheet.
• To requisite ex-stock material and indent non-stock materials.
• Monitor schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
• Ensure to convey required project data and information to project teams.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
• Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.
• Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
• Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
• Any others task/assigment/duties assigned by the company from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Technical.
• 4-5 years experience in material planning in manufacturing industry.
•  Experience in documentations,custom, logistic, import & export.
• Good in report writing and analysis.
• Knowledge in MRP system
