Job Responsibility

  • Regional strategic planning for Lighting Products in cooperation with the involved Global Customer Directors and Global Sales Colleagues
  • Coordination of related local business for the dedicated customer group
  • Implementation of customer-strategy through alignment with involved Team Members
  • Ensure highest customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship management
  • Mentoring and Training of dedicated Account Manager
  • Leading of the internal acquisition and offer process for dedicated RFQs
  • Management of technical / commercial change management during development and ongoing production
  • Follow-up customer cost reduction programs (VAVE).
  • Supporting LOG / QM for common target of 100%-time delivery and quality of supply 0-ppm
  • Supporting ACC to secure customer payments in contractual amount and time
  • Alignment with Aftermarket Sales Organization on OES and IAM pricing and conditions for dedicated customers and products
  • Consideration of customer specific requirements in accordance with ISO / TS 16 949 and related internal processes

Job Requirement

  • 5 years working experience, preferably in Automotive Industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Leadership skills for decision-making and communication processes
  • Possess Problem-Solving skills, Negotiation skills and Team management skills
  • Knowledge of responsibilities and roles in complex organizations
  • Style and Etiquette in the appearance
  • Economical calculation, profitability accounting
  • Knowledge of procedures for planning and controlling
  • Written and spoken English, ideally Japanese Language Skills
  • PC-/ IT skills
  • Technical knowledge of various products
  • Willingness for travelling domestic & overseas
