- Liaise with Sales Team and Account Team over AR matters and suspension of account.
- Prepare Request for Quotation and generate Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Check inventory allocation status and on PO.
- Liaise with internal Customer ServiceTeam and Business Development Team on stock availability.
- Communicate delays and delivery changes to internal.
- Liaise with different parties on cancellation, lead time and expedite request.
- Provide training & guidance to team members.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- 4-6 years relevant working experience.
- Service oriented, good telephone eriquette and customer service skills.
- Fast worker, able set priorities according to the various order processing deadline.
- Required to process an average of 50 quotations/sales order per day.
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task.
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
- Willing to perform Saturday duty on rotation basis 9am to 1pm ( Duty Allowance is applicable).
