JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources Operations and execute all HR policies, processes and initiatives
  • Responsible payroll administration - manage end to end monthly payroll processing, validates data, coordinates with other departments for payroll submission and ensures all processes are accurate and timely every month.
    Manage all visa related matters, and to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage employee's movement end to end for documentation ie employee’s confirmation, cessation, promotion and any other changes for employment.
    Ensure all documentations are managed, maintained and audited accordingly.
  • Partner with HRBP in managing employees issues and liaising with respective BPOs for all HR Operations related matters.
  • May anticipate, address and resolves escalated HR Operations related matters
  • HR Audit - conduct quarterly / sample audit timely, to ensure that HR practices are carried out as per its respective policy and process and all datas pertaining to payroll administration is accurate.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to employees on HR Operations matters and manage any escalated issues within HR Operations
  • Identify any HR Operations issues and provide a recommendation/action plan for improvement.
  • Ensure statutory requirements and legislations are adhered to at all times
  • Assist in any HR Projects / Initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum experience of 4 years hands on HR Operations and Payroll Administration mid to large scale.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English verbal and written communications skills, with service mindset
