JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Manager in the Recruitment tasks (PDCA) as per given direction.
  • Monitoring and ensure the section planned KPI’s are met or exceeded.
  • To review the performance of the Recruitment team.
  • To ensure that the plans related to Recruitment section are cost effective.
  • Support for HR costing and data analysis.
  • Assist to ensure the recruitment policy, program, and processes are developed, implemented, reviewed, communicated and consistently administered in compliance with organisational objectives and with relevant laws/regulations.
  • To support the annual manpower budgeting for employment needs based on workforce planning and staffing requirements.
  • Monitor, track, consolidate & report hiring & headcount. Understand the competencies requirement for each job. (Eg. Chargeman, safety officer and etc).
  • To ensure equitable and competitive pay practices, supports analysis of survey data to determine competitive position and aids in recommendations for salary adjustments together with the manager.
  • Assist to collaborate in hiring programs to retain employees.
  • Sourcing resume, arrange interview, new hire on board and plant tour.
  • Job advertisement (Jobstreet/ Linkedin/ JobMalaysia/Jora).

  • Employee referral program
  • Search & communicate with headhunt agency of regarding on quotation and opening position.
  • Offer of Employment.
  • Responsible for Supporting Department hiring.
  • Supporting for Production and Technology Cost Center Hiring from time to time.
  • Monitoring, tracking, consolidating data and reporting of hiring and headcount.
  • To liaise with event managers to hold career booth or participate in a career fair at a quarterly basis.
  • To handle walk-in interviews independently when needed.
  • Preparing salary proposal and communicate with hiring managers for all staffs hiring status.
  • To negotiate and communicate offer acceptance to shortlisted candidates.
  • Develop and execute staffs hiring process until on boarding.
  • Foreign workers’ management. To liaise the issues facing by the foreign workers.
  • Monitor the local and foreign workers outsource agency to ensure they are compliance with EA1955.
  • New hire data entry/ file maintenance / HR System.
  • Responsible for Corporate Culture and CSR program.
  • Responsible for employer branding tasks and activities.
  • Assist to review and revise each category/position Job Description (JD) as when needed.
  • Expatriate, Foreign workers EP and PVP Management including related government liaison.
  • Responsible for MIDA quota application for foreign workers and expatriates’ position.
  • To supervise and motivate a team of workers together with the manager for better teamwork.
  • Participation & support the roll out of HR initiatives/projects.
  • Send monthly report to HR Manager every 1st of the month.
  • Any duties assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • Min 7 years of experience in HR is preferred
  • Knowledge of Labour Law
