JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Lead and execute Corporate Advisory and M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
Support deal origination and business development efforts, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders
Manage end-to-end deal execution, covering transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation
Prepare and deliver high-quality advisory materials, engage clients and stakeholders, and mentor junior team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline; CFA/CPA is an added advantage
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, Investment Banking, or related fields
Strong expertise in M&A processes, transaction structuring, and financial analysis, with a proven track record in executing deals and managing multiple stakeholders
