JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, review, and maintain process technical documents, standards, and specifications.
Establish and optimize process parameters, technical indicators, and material/energy consumption standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to production, resolving process-related issues promptly.
Analyze process deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
Manage and disposition non-conforming products and support handling of obsolete materials.
Conduct process trials, experiments, and validations to support product and process improvements.
Maintain SAP system data, including BOM and inspection plans, ensuring accuracy and updates.
Train production staff and monitor process compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and safety practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
Strong technical skills in chemical processes and optimization strategies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Good communication skills with independent thinking and learning ability.
