JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide engineering and technical support for process and mold-related issues across new and existing products
Operate, set up, and maintain injection moulding machines, including troubleshooting moulding faults and supporting production activities
Coordinate mold trials, tooling activities, and molded part troubleshooting, implementing necessary engineering changes to ensure consistent quality and smooth production
Lead the implementation of molding and assembly processes for New Product Introduction projects
Conduct Design of Experiments on molding process parameters to establish optimal process windows and meet required cycle times
Address daily quality and production issues while contributing to continuous process improvement and lean initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce scrap
Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate product failures, identify root causes, and recommend technical improvements
Collaborate with the Quality team on testing activities and report consolidation for approval reviews
Serve as the key technical interface between product design teams and manufacturing, acting as the local technical expert for product and molding-related matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Tools & Dies, Material Sciences or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding process, including mold trials, tooling, and troubleshooting.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
