A well‑established food manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to be based in its Kuala Lumpur office. This role plays a strategic leadership position in driving the company’s sales direction, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding market presence across key channels.
Job Responsibilities
Drive overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion in alignment with company objectives
Support the Sales Director in leading the sales department and building high‑performing sales teams
Oversee key customer relationships, account growth, and new business development opportunities
Establish and execute sales budgets, sales plans, and performance monitoring across sales departments
Ensure effective sales operations including timely collections, controlled expenses, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. other departments and R&D) to support product development and delivery planning
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and proven sales growth track record, with the ability to lead and develop sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently with senior management
High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality; organized, proactive, and resourceful work style
Familiarity with CRM strategies and supply chain knowledge is preferred
