JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all company events including but not limited to recruitment drive, training and incentive events.
- Ensure quality and content of event (including selection of speaker/partner) is up to Company standard.
- Work with internal teams to hit sales target for the respective promotions.
- Analyze metrics in all areas of sales and resellers performance and to develop tools to continuously enhance performance of the local resellers.
- Identify needs of local reseller on a regular basis and develop training required for them.
- Develop training content with Speakers to address current training & development needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the direct sales or financial advisory company.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, as there is a need to work with stakeholders in China.
- Pleasant and dynamic personality, good communication skills and team mindset.
- Flexibility to work on weekend and willing to travel.
