JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To plan the yearly budget for the department.
  • To prepare the yearly department scorecard.
  • To set yearly objectives and targets with subordinates.
  • To manage and lead the technical and administrative support team.
  • Review parts requirement, sourcing and negotiating with vendors.
  • Review and ensure the correct moving parts orders before submitting for approval to ensure customers receive the right orders.
  • Good communication with the end users and dealers to ensure correct and immediate feedback.
  • Prepare monthly report on achieved budget service, quality issues and customer feedback on quality of service.
  • To create performance development plans and identify training needs for the technicians in the department.
  • To perform mid year and year end appraisals with subordinates.
  • Visit and attend commissioning of projects.
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA).
  • Technical knowledge on all company products in order to be able to review parts orders and parts requirements to be able to attend to customer complaints as well as source and negotiate with vendors.
  • Manage the time and monitor the utilization of technicians in the field to ensure efficient and effective response time to customer complaints.
  • Good decision making in controlling in the inventories and pricing of spare parts.
  • Problem solving skills in replacing or repairing of returned goods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering and Management.
  • Preferable candidate with AirCond Industry.
  • Willing to travel
  • Min 8 years experience in related field.
  • Min 3 years in managerial position.
