Senior Supply Chain Manager
A reputable multinational corporation in Penang is seeking a strategic senior supply chain manager to lead site material group including purchasing, planning, inventory control, warehousing & shipping.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to optimize costs and maintain a reliable supply chain network
- Implement inventory optimization techniques and utilize inventory management systems to track and manage stock levels efficiently
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce transportation costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall efficiency
- Implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation
Job Requirements
- At least with Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in managerial role, leading supply chain functions
- Experience in electronics manufacturing setting, preferably from multinational company
- Well verse in total ERP system, preferably SAP
- Strategic and analytical
