Job Responsibilities
- Install, commission and service measuring, controlling and sorting equipment at customers’ facilities
- Repair and calibrate equipment and electric boards
- Technical Support
- Perform customer training
- Preparation of service quotes
- Reporting of the work carried out
- After-sales customer care
- Cooperate closely with company’s network of international service engineers
- Traveling; duration mostly 3-4 weekdays, weekend travel is exceptional
Job Requirements
- Dedicated service engineer with experience in electrical engineering
- Technical education; specialization in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation
- and circuit diagrams welcome
- Knowledge of PLC programming and field bus systems will be an advantage
- Computer Skills; Windows, MS Office products
- Good knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
- Good communicational and organizational skills
- Flexibility and self-learning
- International driver’s license for passenger cars or valid driver’s license
- Initial training for 8-10 weeks in Bremen, Germany
