JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors.
Monitor high-risk activities and ensure proper use of PPE and work permits.
Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare safety reports and maintain HSE documentation for management and clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-3 years of site safety supervision experience in construction projects.
Possess a valid Yellow Book (SSS) certification.
Good knowledge of OSHA regulations, HIRARC, and permit-to-work systems.
Experience conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with contractors, workers, and project stakeholders.
