- Design, plan and implement community communication initiatives.
- Interacts regularly with social communities, spurring conversation as well as answering questions.
- Starts impromptu/in-the-moment conversations
- Encourages fan commentary and photo sharing
- Creates content aimed at authentically communicating with online community
- Develops real-life, modern graphics, photos and video consistent with brand guidelines
- Integrates with advertising campaigns
- Nutures relationships with key brand stakeholders
- Engages with KOLs – including ambassadors, partners, potential partners and influencers – on social channels
- Spots opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations and build relationships real-time
- Coordinates with PR team to leverage influencer engagement
- At least 3 years experience in developing and executing community activity preferably in ecommerce or MLM industry
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat and YouTube is essential.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
- Superb time management skills.
