JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sourcing and screening strategies to manage high-volume requisitions for customer facing and operational roles and meet target hiring needs established by the organization.
  • Partner with the business HODs to identify, collaborate and fulfill short and long term plans, parallel to the business needs and Recruitment strategies by providing value added services and advice.
  • Proactively address recruitment initiatives by reviewing, researching and recommending best recruitment methods needed to support current and future needs based on the organization; and may participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within the HR Recruitment function as assigned
  • Form a team and manage the TA deliverables and initiative to ensure business needs are met and client facing talents are properly assessed for now and future needs of the organization.
  • Execute a full cycle of recruitment, utilizing various tools, plans and methods to identify the right talent, while keeping candidate experience top notch.
  • Lead, develop and coach the team to support full cycle of recruitment and sourcing, and actively contribute in all onboarding events and activities, utilizing internal and external tools.
  • Promote and establish a positive employer-candidate relationship and promote a high level candidate experience in the recruitment journey.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and ensure pre confirmation steps for new hires are done effectively, while maintaining candidate to employee conversion experience is at an excellent level.
  • Track, report and maintain recruitment dashboards, inclusive of targets, trends, hiring lifecycle, internal standards and any other additional metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Build the organization’s professional network through relationships with industry experts, professionals, colleges and other partners; and work with internal resources to create a variety of inspiring adverts and recruitment publicity, including social media, to drive attention and attract healthy applicant flow.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7 years related working experience in Recruitment, with 5 years mix experience as an in house recruiter and recruitment consultant, managerial experience is a big plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English verbal and written communications skills, with service mindset.
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and agile, while able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning and execution focus, able to lead & drive effective change management for recruitment initiatives across the organization
  • High negotiation skills, EQ and maturity.
  • Confident decision maker with excellent judgment.
  • To succeed in this role, you need to be agile, with the ability to understand the bigger concept of the business, appreciate internal standards, and the ability to drive the team to secure the talents needed for the organization, while maintaining employee experience.
