Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Working with customers to identify software, equipment and printer’s problem and advising on a probable solution.
- To ensure all issues are properly logged and to analyze them so as to spot common trends and underlying problems.
- Updating self-help documents (technical, operation procedure and report) and training of customers, so that problems can be fix by themselves.
- To evaluate material and printer capabilities and to provide technical support and solutions to customers when needed.
- To assist your Manager in creating and testing software (system), in complying with configuration requirements for all equipment and in handling all queries from customers.
- To assist your manager to install/execute new system in the field.
- Coordination with Sales/Supply chain/Technical partners/ hotline.
- Possess degree in any IT / Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Software and customer service.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help both written and verbal.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and communication skills with ability to interface with partners, vendors and customers.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issue.
