JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

To provide service and support in hardware and firmware on all products

Attend to query from customers and agents on the problems encountered with troubleshooting and repairs.

Carry our Pre-Delivery-Inspection and calibration on machine control systems sold to dealers and customers.

Perform modification on accessories when necessary.

Assist support engineer in carrying out testing on software and firmware in the field
-
Provide estimate on repair cost

Deal with warranty claims
-
Liaise with Service Coordinator on invoicing and returning of shipping arrangement

Perform warranty service and maintenance repairs for machine control system
-
Assist in collection and delivery of service instruments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Fresh graduate / Junior Technical Engineer with 1-2 years experiences

Certificate / Diploma for mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering

IT skills required PC Software, Instrument firmware Data downloading & uploading, electronics, Optics OR mechanical
