TOOLING/MOLDING MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Managed a group of engineers, toolmakers and technicians
• Overseas schedule and project planning, staff development and budgetary management
• Leads overall resolutions
• Leads the use of lean tools
• Work with development team to support the introduction of new tools to ensure high level of process reliability
• Create a high performing flexible tooling team
• Ad hoc task assigned by superior

 

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Preferably 5 year(s) of working experience in tooling maintenance and injection molding environment 
• Preferably 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in project management involving tooling vendors and suppliers
• Strong tooling nd product design skills
• Willing to work in Sungai Petani
