  • Work closely with Commercial Directors and importers of each market to understand their business and their priority of driving the brand.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and Brand Manager to develop effective programs and tools to support Commercial team and their importers drive sales volumes and market excellence.
  • Work with importers on yearly sales and marketing plans for Monin and supporting them together with the Commercial team to drive business excellence with them.
  • Preferably experienced in bar, coffee or premium retail channel, as well as e-commerce experience will be highly.
  • Have proper understanding of target markets, channels, consumer behaviours, trends, within each market to plan and implement suitable programmes in each respective channels (bar, coffee, retail) to drive sales.
  • Work closely with market importers to plan and manage all campaigns across all channels are executed properly and supported with the right tools to ensure marketing excellence.
  • Manage branding guidelines to make sure that all creatives developed by importers are sent over for approval on the following platforms
  • Review of local markets’ marketing plans with Commercial and Marketing team to make sure that it is aligned with Global and Asia’s marketing plan and direction.
  • Support market importers with the right tools and materials for regional and local organised events such as trainings, tradeshows, competitions, influencer tours, partnerships with bars and cafes, etc.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or in Marketing.
  • Strong commercial outlook and marketing sense.
  • A strong team player who works well with everyone across departments.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Ability to develop presentations and present ideas and plans well.
  • Good time and project management skills.
  • Good listener and proactive in their work to be hands-on on the job.
  • Positive attitude towards work and peers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing/sales/trade fields within F&B, HORECA and/or Retail industry.
