- You must achieve LSEO sales challenge targets & SL internal sales to LSEO.
- You will prepare Display Merchandising & E-commerce budget for all channels.
- You will win In-Store by elevating instore brand presence by conceiving and implement display merchandising policies and standards for all channels.
- You will also manage D&M program to optimize return on investment for all channels.
- You will work with LSEO to ensure execution of display merchandising policies in respective channels.
- You will work alongside with the brand team to develop In-store consumer communication concept and message.
- You will be required to monitor and achieve e-Commerce sales targets at respective platforms.
- You will establish, drive & implement e-Commerce strategies at platforms through E-Distributor.
- You have to develop an e-commerce Annual Activity plan by platforms and ensure implementation within the approved time-line & budget.
- You must coordinate with the brand team to ensure the e-Commerce channel strategy aligns with the company’s mission and branding strategy.
- You must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree either in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or its equivalent.
- You must be able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Conversing in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- You must have at least 5 years of working experience in this field. Possessing strong knowledge in E-commerce would make you successful for this role.
- You must have strong communication, problem solving & analytical skills.
