Job Responsibilities:
Keep accurate records of trading cards, accessories, and merchandise
Conduct regular stock counts and resolve difference
Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment.
Process and prepare orders for distributors, retailers, and online sales
Handle picking, packing, and shipment on time
Coordinate with logistics partners for deliveries (local & international)
Manage incoming shipments (receiving, checking, storing)
Ensure proper labeling and storage of products
Keep the warehouse organized and space-efficient
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Experience with inventory systems / WMS / ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (especially during product launches/events)
Willing to travel and work in start up company
Familiarity with trading card products or hobby merchandise
