RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and drive large scale IT programs and projects at strategic level with business leaders, business operations level and
- IT technical teams level from project conceptualization proposals, business case development, ROI development to detail
- project planning, resource planning, project execution/monitoring and business benefits realization
- Manage multiple parallel IT projects across US/EMEA/APAC time-zones, manage cross-project dependencies and provide
- leadership to IT teams and vendors on day-to-day project delivery activities
- Facilitate user requirement workshops, solution architecture discussions, user acceptance test, deployment and post-go
- live support Contribute to AW IT PMO in developing and refining project methodologies, processes, tools and templates when required
- Ensure IT projects aligns with AW organisational business strategies, AW IT Group strategy and AW IT Group Enterprise Architecture and roadmaps
QUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- In-dept experience in portfolio, program and project methodologies, processes, tools and templates for large end-user
- MNC IT organization Highly efficient, effective and productive in a fast-paced rapidly evolving enterprise IT organization Managed IT projects with SDLC, Cloud and Agile delivery methodologies for at least 1 cycle of large complex project (i.e. 6-
- 12 months) in the last 5 years Knowledgeable in enterprise IT technologies, preferably with prior hands-on functional or technical role in deploying ERP,
- cloud, mobile and enterprise networking (WiFi, LAN, WAN) technologies Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in both global IT software and IT infrastructure implementation
- projects, preferably for logistics, warehouse and distribution organizations. Competency in using MS Project and MS Office to produce project documents is a MUST
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) / PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner / PMP (or equivalent qualification)
