Job Descriptions:
- Lead Supplier Process Change process with cross function team;
- Manage the component PPAP approval;
- Plan and perform the supplier process audit for critical issue analysis and correction;
- Issue support/coordination during mass production phase for design related:
- Ensure production quality achievement and performance improvement, within the scope of his/her authorizations.
- Ensure that the local production site meets all Production quality objectives and that the organization supplies adequate standards of service to customers.
- Elaborate and implement quality control procedures and instructions.
- Follow-up and coordinate the elaboration of corrective action plans linked to internal or external non-conformities.
- Participate in new product or process development and validation, including change in the existing process, transfer of products or new supplier validation.
- Support the problem-solving process in case of customer’s claim.
- Execute workstation and manufacturing process audits.
- Provide the necessary feedback in case of quality issues (8D). Participate to QRQC
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor and above with major in electronic components or mechanics relative
- At least 5 years of experience in PCBA&Electronic or plastic insert molding&stamping parts manufacturing process/quality engineer including 3 years of supplier quality management;
- Be familiar with 5 tools of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 with auditor experience
- Full knowledge for Quality Systems, ISO9001 or IATF16949 auditor certificated
- Experience in automotive field and supplier quality management would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949.
- Good practice of quality tools and problem-solving methods: 8D, PDCA, SPC, Gage R&R, APQP and FMEA etc.
