JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Contribute to the implementation and validation of new and derivative ICs using CMOS Process.
Perform block level IC design activities including circuit design, circuit and subsystem simulation and post silicon verification.
Apply your in-depth understanding of power process technologies, both existing and those under development, to design innovative power management and Motor driver products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS/MS degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Thorough understanding of bipolar, BiCMOS and BCD process technologies and circuit techniques
Good understanding of semiconductor physics
Familiarity with and proficiency using IC design tools for schematic capture, circuit simulation, and IC layout i.e Cadence Virtuoso XL, Spectre & ADE-XL simulator, Spectre-RF, AMSD, LPE, etc.
Good communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skill
Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum supervision
