JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Come up with ideas and execution plans for multiple campaigns based on major events and trends on multiple digital platforms.
- Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Research on customer and product trends and identify new opportunities to drive traffic and user growth.
- Work on the project team for major initiatives and events to create brand awareness.
- Collaborate with content creators, KOLs and digital marketing specialists on the team to provide & create value for our audience.
- Understand and utilize various analytics to gain insights on campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop content and social media strategies that align with the campaign objectives.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics in meeting objectives and submit reports of performance and optimize for future campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field from a recognized university is required.
- Preferably with a minimum of 5 years working experience in related field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair.
- Prior experience in campaign management is an advantage.
- A good sense for campaign ideas with good understanding of social media landscape including content production.
- Experience in creating content and / or social media channel management within the lifestyle, travel, culture space is preferred.
- Experience in project management and driving initiative is a plus.
- Experience in running campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically.
- Highly meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines while being detail oriented.
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and able to work independently when required.
