A well-established property development group based in Petaling Jaya is seeking innovative, solutions-oriented talents to join their team. As Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager, you will work to oversee and manage strategic planning, fundraising, risk management, and other corporate exercises to ensure the financial health of the Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage corporate finance, strategic planning, and fundraising initiatives for the Group
- Lead corporate exercises i.e., mergers and acquisitions, disposals, & group restructuring from conceptualization to completion
- Conduct and review financial models, due diligence, and financial analysis on potential investments/divestments
- Prepare cashflow projections to support corporate and project funding exercises
- Manage stakeholders and external parties such as bankers, lawyers, valuers, etc.
- Assist to support the Group’s investor relations function
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking or similar role.
- Experience in property development is a plus.
- Possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modelling.
