Our client is a leading MNC in the FMCG (Food) industry and is currently looking for an experienced Export Sales Executive (Food Manufacturing) to be based at KL Eco City (next to Abdullah Hukum LRT). This role will involve handling overseas export and will require overseas travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing export sales to neighboring countries and Middle East
- Improving sales through planning and effective strategies with Manager, such as marketing promotions
- Maintain good relationship with distributors in each assigned country.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure goods are shipped on time, and according to each country's rules and regulations.
- Providing training and guidance to distributors in each country on product knowledge and application
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in handling export sales for Retail / Food Manufacturing industries
- Strong interest in export sales, and curious to know more about each country's food cuisine and culture
- Able to travel overseas to meet with distributors in each export country and maintain good relationships with them
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of export's flow (Incoterms, forwarder, SAP, MITI sytem, etc.) is an added advantage
