HR Executive
A rapidly growing MNC in Batu Kawan is looking for a HR Executive to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to oversee the entire recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations and benefits programs, conducting performance evaluations and coordinating training and development.

 

Main responsibilities of the HR Executive role  

 

  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings and screenings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Create and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary measures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback to both employees and managers.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files and personnel data.
  • Collaborate with management to support strategic HR initiatives and organizational development efforts.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and legal updates to ensure effective HR management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Assist with any tasks as directed by your superior and/or AESB management as needed.

 

 

Key requirements
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Thorough knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
