An established shared service company is looking for a skilled talent with proficiency in Japanese and experience in supporting procure to pay (P2P) function. You will play a crucial role in assisting the business in payment process, and travel and expenses (T&E) claims processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews, reconciles, and implements P2P and T&E transactions, controls & monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensures adherence to all accounting policies and procedures, including internal financial controls and global processes.
- Ensures high-quality master data maintenance to provide a risk-free environment from potential fraud or inaccurate/rejected payments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese and English, as there is a need to work with employees/clients from Japan.
- Mandatory requirement of 3-4 years of working experience in a shared service environment.
- Previous experience with P2P payment and Travel & Expenses (T&E) process is preferred
