COMPANY OVERVIEW
A rapidly growing leisure and hospitality service provider located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a skilled administration officer to take charge of the tour operation activities to be part of their team. You will be handling the tour planning and itinerary activities with high professional and sufficient way, collaborating with the general manager, finance department and the sales department to ensure that the tour activities to be executed in correct and timely manner.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan tours, including constructing and managing itineraries.
  • Create and monitor costing and quotations.
  • Maintain and update operational checklists.
  • Coordinate with ground operators for booking and managing tours in Japanese.
  • Assist in communication with Japanese government offices.
  • Translate documentation.
  • Handle operational documentation.
  • Lead tours in various regions such as Japan, South Korea, Australia, South East Asia, and others.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent Japanese communication as the role is required to liaise with their Japan HQ and clients (customer facing business conversation level), preferably minimum JLPT N2 level
  • Proactive and adaptable to varying working hours and tasks
  • Experience living in Japan or working in a Japanese organization
  • Able to travel to Japan for business trips frequently (monthly basis)
