COMPANY OVERVIEW 

One of our multinational companies is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to become a part of their HR team. The perfect candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing employee compensation and benefits programs. This role necessitates outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience in delivering stand-up presentations.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Engage in salary & benefits survey with vendors & gather market data on compensation related.

  • Conduct external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant and competitive in the market.

  • Provide guidance to National Operating Companies (NOCs) on forecasting salary increments using reputable and cost-effective HR consultants/vendors.

  • Provide advice on proposing compensation package, including benefits for senior leaders and expatriates.

  • Implement effective reward programs regionally to leverage economies of scale and enhance bargaining power.

  • Assist NOCs in developing a comprehensive salary framework, encompassing sales incentives, salary structures, and benefits, to meet the diverse needs of staff and attract and retain talent.

  • Conduct annual reviews on Dow Jones, insurance, and other relevant matters through surveys and market research.

  • Manage all expatriate affairs (non-Japanese) in the APAC region.

  • Oversee workforce planning and coordinate workshops throughout the region.

  • Support Supervisors on projects assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • A bachelor's degree at minimum and 10 years of experience in HR-related positions.

  • Key attributes include being independent, analytical, self-motivated with a bottom-up approach, and maintaining a mindset focused on continuous improvement, while also having a calm demeanor.

  • The candidate must quickly grasp concepts, be detail-oriented, and have proficiency with digital tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in delivering stand-up presentations are essential.

  • The role involves collaborating with mid-level managers.
