Senior Customer Quality Engineer
A fast-growing organization in Penang Island is looking for a career minded Senior Customer Quality Engineer to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to identify challenges to growth as it expands market share in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Job Descriptions:
Actively engage with Failure Analysis team and co-work on urgent and complex customer quality issues.
Be the interface between Failure Analysis Engineering and Field Sales Organization on timely communication of the status and results of failure analysis concerning customer RMAs.
Coordinate with engineering teams to issue product change notification to customers and provide comprehensive technical reports to customers on results of IC level and power supply level failure analysis.
Actively interface with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Test Engineering, and other Engineering groups to achieve timely resolution of customer quality problems.
Drive corrective and preventive actions resulting from customer RMA issues.
Assist Sales teams, especially in China and Taiwan on customer quality matters.
Visit customers as necessary to resolve customer satisfaction arising from production, field failure and other quality issues.
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Must have direct experience in customer interface on resolution of customer quality problems.
B.S. degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical discipline with ≥8 years of experience.
MSEE or equivalent discipline with ≥5 years of working experience is preferred.
