Job Description
Technical Proficiency:
- Fully versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings.
Site Management:
- Experienced in site progress reporting preparation.
- Familiarity with physical and external security systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of electrical cabling and termination works is a plus.
Communication and Reporting:
- Daily reporting and communication with the Project Manager for project updates and status.
- Preparation of detailed service reports for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair visits.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordination of site works with appointed vendors, subcontractors, and clients as required.
- Assistance to the Project Manager in subcontractor and vendor sourcing.
Travel and Documentation:
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites in the Johor region for maintenance, troubleshooting, warranty, and DLP calls.
- Preparation of method statements for planned works and as-built drawings for completed projects.
Monthly Reporting:
- Attendance at HQ as required by management for monthly progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Preferably, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred. However, individuals with Diplomas and relevant certificates are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
