Our client is a new set up medium large Data Center from Singapore. Currently the building is under construction.
Job Responsibilities
To be responsible for the function of financial reporting - balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement. Including group consolidation, such as prepare consolidate financial statements for the group, including income statement, cash flow statement, foreign currency translation reserve, non-controlling interest and M&A treatments.
To prepare and maintain full set of accounts.
To monitor annual budgets and financial forecast
To liaise with auditors, local tax agents, regulatory authorities, corporate secretary.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent.
Years of experience in handling financial statements.
Experience in various currencies.
Good communication in English.
