JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the Group Liaison in all of the Group’s Public Relations events and build a good rapport through constant communications with Government Ministry and Agencies particularly Ministry of Works, JKR, etc.
- Lead all market research and intel information and establish strategic network alliance within the infrastructure, construction, and asset management industry.
- Facilitate and coordinate project procurement initiatives within the country especially in Construction, Asset Management and Infrastructure space.
- Coordinate Project Evaluations, prepare Project Proposals & Briefs, Pre-Qualification and Tender submissions to clients, Presentation of Proposals, negotiations and successful securing of projects.
- Formulate yearly business plan for Group Business Development and preparing quarterly meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Business Development
- Experience in road construction and maintenance will be an added advantage
- Familiar with PPP (Public Private Partnership) business model
- Willing to travel within Malaysia
