Job Responsibilities
- Managing various aspects of mall operations such as sales promotion, building operations, facility management, maintenance, security, safety, car parking, housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and engineering services.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, adhere to operational SOPs, and comply with government regulations.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with local authorities and statutory bodies is also crucial.
- Developing and managing operational expenses and budget planning, monitoring overall mall system administration, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities to enhance tenant sales and services, and resolve tenant issues.
oversee building maintenance, car park management, housekeeping, and landscape architecture. - Ensure observance of safety rules and regulations, conduct fire evacuation drills, and maintain contingency plans for emergencies.
- Plan annual sales targets, develop advertising and promotions plans, and ensure customer service policies are observed.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in mall operations and management.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin due to the market that support.
