Job Descriptions:
- Participate in supplier process management and drive improvement on equipment effectiveness (OEEE).
- Testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments.
- Travel to supplier sites to troubleshoot and sustain equipment.
- Responsible for test handler equipment, PnP and gravity handler performance indicator.
- Provide technical input and support for improvement, installation, validation and transfer of automated equipment and support the execution of equipment qualification.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Electrical or equivalent)
- 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, with knowledge in wafer sort and final test process (equipment maintenance and/or process engineering)
- Experience in ATE and Test Handler (Nextest Magnum, Advantest V93000) will be an added advantage.
- Skilled in Autodesk inventor (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Project management and statistical data analysis skills
- Experience of standards - ISO 9001:2015, ISO IATF ISO/TS16949, IS0 14001:2015
