Responsible for overall operation, maintenance and improvement of building and facility equipment such as chiller, AHU, compressor, cooling tower, exhaust, vacuum, electrical system, water supply system & firefighting system.
Installation of utilities to support operational departments (e.g. electrical wiring, pneumatic piping & water piping).
Support Safety Officer to execute safety, environment, legal and corporate requirement activities in the factory (e.g. renewal of building fire cert and other utilities licenses).
Ensure building and facilities operation and maintenance master plan is updated (e.g. Records, checklist etc).
Ensure Predictive and Preventive maintenance of factory equipment are carried out based on ESCAPMS SOP.
Manage facilities spare parts (e.g. Building material, filters and beltings).
Ensure all external outsource jobs are carried out according to requirements and quality standards
Prepare annual budget for facility system maintenance, production re-layout and investment (utility costing) to account and management.
- Diploma/Degree in Electric / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, equipment failure analysis and judgment, and good problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership in related working experience, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
