One of the listed companies is looking for Head of HR to drive HR department & continuous improvement in HR functions. This role involved balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational responsibilities, being an advocate for both the company and its employees and adapting to dynamic business needs and changes in the employment landscape.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading, planning and coordinating human resources initiatives aligning with the organizational objectives.
- Leads and co-ordinate the overall Human Resources functions, which includes training & development, compensation & benefits and industrial relations.
- Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organisation strategic thinking and direction.
- Maintaining compensation equity, implementing HR systems and analyse HR data.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources, developing action plans, measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel and decisions; analysing information and applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of senior role experience in HR management.
- Previous experience of managing Human Resources team.
- Previously influenced senior managers, built strong commercial relationships and driven an HR strategy.
- Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur area.
