COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of our clients who is leading global supplier of precision instruments and services is looking For HR Solution Specialist based at Shah Alam. The client has started a global HR Transformation Program aiming at modernizing, standardizing, and harmonizing our HR related digital business services. The Human Resources Solutions team (HRS) is responsible for the IT design, implementation and support of our global HR solutions and the related end-to-end HR processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deploy, upgrade, and maintain global HR platforms like SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architect, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers for daily support and project initiatives.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions, including documentation, configuration, and testing.
  • Assist in defining template processes, ensuring end-to-end delivery adherence.
  • Ensure seamless integration with various applications for smooth data flow and process efficiency.
  • Maintain alignment with established policies, guidelines, and SLAs across the HR Solutions Team.
  • Coordinate with other teams like Security, Integration, TEC, Data Governance, ER&A, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Service, SCM, and PLM

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/business analysis, focusing on HR solutions.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM PA/OM, SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Goals, Succession, Development modules, and related integrations.
  • Experience with SaaS systems for HR capabilities and HR Data Analytics is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAFe/Agile Methodology, ITIL, and HTMS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and understanding of complex processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
