JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct job interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
- Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation and compensation & benefits proposal and management.
- Ensure the company's compliance with relevant employment laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in Human Resources Management.
- 5 years in HR field in IT field, exposure in fast-paced environment.
- Initiative, proactive, can work independently.
