Our client is a prominent technology company in Malaysia, specializing in advanced networking and security solutions. They are leading provider of hybrid, fixed, and wireless managed network services.
Job Responsibilities
Ensures the smooth running of the HRD and Admin Dept and is responsible for overseeing all HR and Administrative processes such as payroll, benefits administration, recruitment procedures and employee relations.
To monitor proper organizational and HR policy implementation and also to ensure company's compliance with local employment law.
Conduct Disciplinary Action, providing councelling and issuing Show Cause Letters when necessary.
Attending and preparing the monthly Management Meeting minutes.
Preparing and coordinating for staff training when and as necessary.
Any other ad hoc task as and when assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum 10 years of working experience preferably in full spectrum of HR.
