An established shared service company is looking for a skilled talent with proficiency in Japanese and experience in supporting payroll for Japan. You will play a crucial role in assisting the business in payroll processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in country payroll processes (support Japan).
- Maintain responsibility for meeting SLAs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and support transitions during project implementations, such as payroll vendor changes and migration projects.
- Contribute to projects aimed at standardizing payroll team processes, ensuring compliance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes and provide support during project implementation transitions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese and English, as there is a need to work with employees from Japan.
- Mandatory requirement of 3-4 years of working experience in a shared service environment.
- Previous experience with Japan payroll is preferred.
