Japanese speaking Payroll Specialist

COMPANY OVERVIEW
An established shared service company is looking for a skilled talent with proficiency in Japanese and experience in supporting payroll for Japan. You will play a crucial role in assisting the business in payroll processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in country payroll processes (support Japan).
• Maintain responsibility for meeting SLAs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead and support transitions during project implementations, such as payroll vendor changes and migration projects.
• Contribute to projects aimed at standardizing payroll team processes, ensuring compliance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes and provide support during project implementation transitions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese and English, as there is a need to work with employees from Japan.
• Mandatory requirement of 3-4 years of working experience in a shared service environment.
• Previous experience with Japan payroll is preferred.
